At GirlyyPops.com, we take pride in creating handmade, custom gifts with love and care. Below is everything you need to know about our shipping process:

Processing Time

  • All of our products are handmade to order, so please allow 3-5 business days for processing before your order is shipped.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping Time & Rates

  • Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days within the U.S.

  • Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout. Please note that selecting expedited shipping does not reduce processing time.

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your package’s journey.

  • If you do not receive tracking information within the expected processing time, please contact us for assistance.

Shipping Locations

  • We currently only ship within the United States. We are working on expanding our shipping options in the future—stay tuned!

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

  • Once your order has been shipped, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order.

Return & Exchange Policy

At GirlyyPops.com, we take pride in creating handmade, personalized gifts with care. Due to the custom nature of our products, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if there is an issue with your order, we are happy to help! Please review our policy below:

Damaged or Defective Items

We want you to love your purchase! If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with:
✔ Your order number
✔ Photos of the damaged item and packaging
✔ A brief description of the issue

We will review your request and, if approved, provide a replacement or store credit as needed.

Personalized & Custom Orders

Since all of our items are made to order and customized, we do not accept returns or exchanges on personalized products unless there is an error on our part. Please double-check all custom details (spelling, colors, etc.) before placing your order.

Cancellations & Order Changes

  • Cancellations may be accepted within 24 hours of placing your order. After this time, production begins, and we are unable to make changes.

  • If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has shipped, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. Please reach out to the shipping carrier directly for assistance with tracking issues.
